New AIO PC project

 I’ve recently been given 2 older electronics by a friend who throws these sorts of things away. The first is a 1st Generation Xbox One and the other is a 2010 era HP 20” all in one PC. My idea was to clear the board and internals from the all in one and retrofit the Xbox board and drive inside. So far I’ve managed to cut and add standoffs to mount the Xbox board along with the back of the pc to keep access to the connections on the Xbox board. I still need to find a new disc drive, not sure if I’m able to use a standard blu ray drive or not. My main question was how I’m going to make both the display and backlight operational. Any insight would help greatly.
