Shipment tracking question

I know it hasn't been very long sense I ordered and I looked I have one order from at least a year ago that still says the same thing and I got that one at some point. But so here is my question on LTT site it says preparing for shipping but one Wizmo 

Label printed Blaine ,WA Shipment data recieved Vancouver BC, CA Parcel Scanned in Terminal Vancouver  BC, CA       I am just wondering does that mean that it has left LTT hands? I did put in a ticket but it pretty much says everything looks good on our end. But as you will see it says "scanned into terminal" means the package is likely with a shipping partner that would mean it is out of LTT hands and shouldn't say preparing for shipping?     the response for AI minus date is. Hello! Right now, the status on LTT shows "preparing for shipping" because the shipping label has been created, but USPS has not yet picked up the package. The Wizmo status of "scanned into terminal" means the package is likely with a shipping partner and waiting for the next step with USPS.   Sorry for the rambling but I have ordered a number of things over the past few years and I just wish that they could change there system to be better.   out of 10 orders on LTT store I have one that shows delivered 7 that are on the way that I have gotten and two that are preparing for shipping one being the topic of this thread and the other I have also received.

Scanned at terminal means carrier has the package. Wizmo has had some issues with their tracking during this spring. The tracker link you get might not have accurate info. You can use Wizmos own tracker instead https://portal.shipwizmo.com/tracking.aspx

Thanks for the reply and the

Most say on its way even thou they have been delivered. Not sure if being a mod you can pass this along because I am guessing mine isnt the only one that looks like this.

Just be patient. Domestic shipping time is 3 days IIRC, US up to 9 days and international up to 28 days. You would only need to worry if a) you are in US (several people have had issues with customs), or b) you are international and it has been over 28 days since pickup.
