No where near dangerous levels.

That is high. I can run my 5600X semi passively while maintaining +200 boost all core on a FC140 and PS120 EVO.

 

31c ambient is hot as balls.

Its warm but no where near dangerous temperatures.

fair enogh my case temps are in the 40s so i may need to forrce some more air flow

Not from what I see.

Temps looks well within safe limits.

Unless you constantly run 100% loads like synthetic benchmrks then I would stop worrying.

Even then, the temps look good from a 100% stress test on the max temp.

I wouldn't worry, 5600X should run strong to 95c, it goes a little harder than its bigger brothers.. all of them.

Is that outside your living space, or inside? If its 30 outside its probably closer to 40 inside..
