Motherboard Error code

Hello all, just assembled my new pc. I'm noticing half the time it boots fine. The other half it just sits there and goes nowhere. When it fails to boot i get an error code 64 on the board. Not working it gets a dash and just sits there, even when left alone for a good amount of time.

 

System is

ASRock X870E NOVA WIFI AM5

2tb nvme

4tb nvme

start by trying with one ram stick at a time and if that doesn't work try reseating your cpu and make sure to not over tighten the cpu cooler.

EDIT: are you sure the error code is 64? I can't find a 64 error code inside your motherboards manual.
