32:9 Multitasking support

I've been looking at getting a 21:9 ultrawide and having a vertical monitor off to the left for discord (aw3425DW as recommended by you lovely people)
But before i go through i wanna know what kind of support different 32:9 monitors have for multitasking like PBP/PIP 
Im aware for discord I could probably just run a overlay
but im wondering if i would be able to split a 32:9 screen into a 21:9 with 2 small vertical pseudo monitors to the sides

Im looking because the samsung G9 is about the same price as the aw3425 atm in australia 

Any other suggestions would be lovely no matter how jank

I run PowerToys fancy zones, which lets me split the monitor into many different sections that I can have apps running and place them there.

it works wonders too, also when the app gets opened again, it goes to the same place it was in.

very useful for someone who is running a 32:9 monitor
