first time i got this while installing a new game and second time while launching another game as for the third time happened while closing a game but before this everything freezes then for the first few seconds there is sound after few other seconds the monitor starts looking for signal and then goes to sleep

Looks like a monitor/panel or GPU hardware issue, never saw a bios/game/windows crash paint the screen...

Looks like a really old system so ur gpu dying is definitely possible how are ur temps under load ? could u try running a gpu stresstest and see if the same happens maybe u could try a full driver reinstall but not sure if that helps

if we go by temps my cpu is the one broken, gpu temps are around 75 witch is normal in summer those 75 are when gaming for 10 hours straight temps

An 8 years old RX550 running 10 hours a day is definitely close to EoL...

CPU is even older... Time to upgrade !

Yes, my 2070 has a very similar issue, sound like your vram is dying. try rma (warranty repair the card or buy a new one if the warranty ran out or you don't have one
