Difficult to tell what's wrong but if you can't or aren't willing to try and fix it, you can contact Fractal to inquire about a new one.

Rewire your system, take your time. My Torrent Compact will stick out a little too if I do not take the time to route my wires nice and flat. On my PA602 no fucks are given.. well.. to a point. As a Torrent Compact owner I have gotten pretty good at wiring up a system haha.

Looks like something inside the glass (wires, cooler, etc?) May have been too large for the case and pushed it out. It could also be you frame is being slightly twisted ...usually if sitting on non solid surface like carpet and having heavy components inside. Its usually best if a pc is on carpet to put a board/pc stand underneath. Or lastly just that the glue has dried out and released....or a combination of these things.

Check with the case manufacturer if less than a year as you may have warranty.

If no warranty you can use 3m glue or strips to reseal it back. Their double sided tape is amazing. Glue can dry out and release over time especially in hot environments. Usually its the same glue that holds down replacement cellphone screen digitizers, contact rubber cement can also work but for that you apply to both sides appart and let dry before putting the sides together and you would need to be extemely careful about the pressure to remove that whole glass from the pannel.

You may just choose to wait until more releases naturall as its only cosmetic and shouldnt impact performance. Its tempered glass and will shatter very easily with any localized preasure such as a pry tool.

If accidents happen and it does shatter....any home depot or lowes has acrylic pannels you can buy and replace it with.
