Budget (including currency): My budget for the PC build is around $5,000 CAD.

Country: Canada

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mainly MMOs and FPS games. I’ll also be using the PC for day-to-day stuff like office work, web browsing, and juggling lots of Chrome tabs. I’d like to game in 4K and give streaming a try as well.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):  I already have a Dell G2724D (1440p) and plan to add a 4K monitor soon—most likely the ASUS PG27UCDM or PG 32UCDM, unless you have other solid suggestions. The monitor will be a separate budget. No need to include peripherals—I’ll be keeping my current keyboard, mouse, and headset. My current PC was actually built by NCIX back in 2016 (i5-6600K + GTX 1070) 🤣. It’s been solid, but it’s definitely time for an upgrade that can handle modern games and workloads. I know future-proofing is tricky, but I’d like this build to last me a good few years if possible. I’m planning to buy everything around the first week of July, and I’ll be building the PC myself as a DIY project. The most I’ve done with my current system is add more RAM and install an NVMe SSD, so this will be my first full build.

Thanks in advance—I’m excited to see your recommendations!

Both of the prebuilts should get you 1440p high or 4k mid.  These are not prebuilts like Dell HP or Lenovo these two are a good amount better quality.

This one is the more $$$
