2x 1440p monitors, one is 170Hz other 60Hz

My GTX 1080 died recently and I need to buy a new GPU for 1440p gaming(If possible). I have trouble deciding on which one. Ones I looked at are 7800xt, 7700xt, 9060xt, 5060ti 16GB. If I need a new PSU (current one has 650W) I can spend roughly extra ~100EUR. But at the same time I'd like to get a new case. So 7800xt has the best pure power and I can get it for ~550EUR, but I think ill need a new PSU with it as well. The same goes for all the Radeon cards. So thats where 7700xt and 9060xt come in  (~450EUR) where I can get a new PSU (~100) and a new case (~100) with it for roughly the same price. And then I have the 5060ti 16GB (~570), that I have here because its Nvidia and their software with multi-frame generation, DLSS 4.0 and so on. I dont know how much usefull it is as I never had a card that has any of these features. Also I dont think I need a new PSU with the 5060ti and can get a new case with it. But the power/price of the 5060ti is laughable unfortunately. So i dont know what to choose and I dont know how much do the Nvidia features give the 5060ti an advantage in the real world (if its just a gimick). Also to add the 7700xt and 9060xt are similar, I think the 7700xt has slightly better performance for 1440p but I dont think is has FSR 4, which the 9060xt has. Again I dont know how much of a difference this actually makes in the real world.

any help and opinions are greatly appreciated <3
