bit expensive on the motherboard, any reason why you went with this one in particular?

other than that looks pretty solid imo, godspeed

Looks good to me 🙂

I dont think you are overspending on the motherboard, its good to go a bit above ultra budget if you can!  It has more features, usually on ATX motherboards it will have more fan headers etc.

This motherboard will easily handle faster CPU's down the line if you want to put in a 10800X3D whenever AMD releases this.

ASRock has had a lot of issues with X3D CPU's on their motherboards so I do recommend updating the BIOS, the 7500f is not affected though.

The other A620I or B650I options are not much cheaper if at all.

The CPU cooler is again, overkill for a 7500f but you might want a faster CPU later 🙂

No complaints really.  You can go ahead the buy the components in my opinion!  Enjoy 👍

Get a cheaper motherboard, and save that money for a better CPU. The cooler is overkill for a low end CPU like that Ryzen 5, and save that money as well toward a better CPU along with the saved mobo money

AMD Ryzen™ 5 5600g w/ Radeon Graphics | 16GB DDR4-3200 RAM | 256GB NVME SSD + 2TB HDD | Amazon Basics 2.0 Speakers

I agree with getting a cheaper motherboard to get a better cpu, but I think the cooler is fine, it can cool high end cpus so he wouldn't have to upgrade a cooler and cpu at the same time.
