Hello all. Have a pretty basic/ budget setup and recently installed new rog b550 new psu and a rtx2060 super, annd nice m.2. After installation of new hardware I did a fresh install of windows and all was working fine. I put it in sleep mode after playing some games and now it will no longer boot. All lights turn on. The Q-leds on this motherboard stay on for vga which I’ve read points to a gpu issue. I have checked all connections, swapped it back to my old gtx1650, swapped slots in the motherboard, checked ram installation, tried other ram I know is good, and still no boot and no change in how it acts. I’m guessing this is a motherboard issue but really want input before I go buy another. Any way I could test more? Thanks!

If you have an iGPU then I would take the graphics card out and see if you get a boot with just the MOBO. If it does you may have a PSU issue. What is the wattage of that by the way?

My cpu is a ryzen 7 2700 so I don’t have integrated graphics sadly. Psu is an 850 watt

850W is more than enough for sure and that would be the only test I can think of without busting out a volt tester and testing every little spot on the MOBO. I take that back, test the PSU as well. If your old is around the same Watts swap that and check that as well. It could just be a faulty PSU. If not then best bet is to take the MOBO back and get another, you put new so I assume you have it under warranty.
