Hey guys, I've got a bit of an odd one here:
I'm running a dual GPU setup with an RTX 4080 and a GTX 1080. I'm using the 1080 to run my browser (Opera GX) so I can watch streams or YouTube while gaming. Everything works fine on the two monitors connected to the 1080, but on my main monitor (which is plugged into the 4080), I get about 10–80% dropped frames when watching YouTube or Twitch.

So I figured it would be nice to be able to launch the browser using a specific GPU only sometimes. The .exe has a menu option where you can choose the OpenGL rendering GPU, but that's too impractical for everyday use.

What I'd really like is to have this option available from the right-click menu on the taskbar icon.

Does anyone know how to do this?
(Please don't tell me the 1080 is unnecessary and that I should just switch to the 4080.)

Thanks for your help!

Well but this is the case. You're only outputing the picture from your  other GPU nothing more and still have 1 CPU/RAM. You're likely just spending extra electricity with the 1080 for no good reason. If you have to have this type of entertainment setup and still want 100% gaming performance capabilities then might as well get a cheap laptop or a mini PC for the videos and streams.
