I tried to install on a different. The operating system installed.  It wouldn't boot.  I know it is something to do with the Secure Boot.  To install this do I need to delete the secure boot keys?

I have the secure boot set to other.

The Bios is  Uefi  Asus Z790 Tuf Gaming Wifi

Yes disable it if it is causing conflict.

If I delete the keys are they easily retrievable?   

and will I still be able to log in to windows?
