I think you will get more bang for your dollar by upgrading the cpu, motherboard and RAM first.

Hang on to the 3060 until prices and issues have calmed down.

Hello everyone , i need your help with upgrading some parts on my pc.

I currently have a i7 8700k and a rtx 3060 , i was thinking about buying a new motherboard and a ryzen 7  9800 X3d so i could also upgrade my motherboard wich is a bit old  ( asus prime z370-p  ,what do you guys think , should i upgrade the cpu and mobo first ,or upgrade to a better gpu first , i mainly game on my pc , currently in 1080p but thinking about upgrading to 1440p in the future.

Can we have some extra info like a budget, a country and what games and potential workloads you will do with said PC?

It'll help make more well thought out and accurate suggestions
