Pc stopped booting

Hello, here is the specs list

ryzen 7600x

RTX 3090

32gb of crucial DDR5 Ram

MSI B650 WIFI

 

I have been using my machine for over a year with little to no issues. Yesterday when trying to boot up I noticed my motherboard had a yellow and red light on and would not post. MSI says these mean cpu and ram issue so I went through the steps to try and resolve the issue with no luck. Here’s the list of what I did:

Reseated cpu, ram, all cables (on both ends)

reset the cmos battery 

tried to post without my gpu

tried to post with one stick of ram

 

none of these seemed to work and I am now stumped. Is the motherboard a lost cause or is there anything else to try?

Tried to post with the second RAM stick in a different RAM slot?

 

Disconnected everything except the most essential parts and tried booting?
