What sort of games are you looking to play?

This system is not very good.   You can definitely fit a 3050 in it, thats not an issue 🙂  But the processor is from 2012 and is very slow.

I understand 🙂  Been in situations where money is tight and its a struggle...

By processor I mean processor, the i7-3770!  Thats the processor of the first PC and its old, very old.. and slow.

The graphics card of the first PC is a GT-730 and its going on 11 years at this point.. And it was barely worth using when it was new.. Its useless.

If you are comfortable building on your own then this would be a much much better system ( Does not have a graphics card ) to put a 3050 in.

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/fGRsgn

I understand that budget is tight but PC's in this budget range are all incredibly shit and poor value.  Just going a bit higher up in budget would not only double the performance but even triple or quadruple the performance.. Like the one linked above ( would have to build yourself )

With a 3050, this would be the price.

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/W2Cmv4

Its definitely 3-4 times if not more, faster than the PC's you have linked. But it is also above budget.

Both of the PCs that you listed are significantly below the minimum requirements for Inzoi.

What's your actual budget when account for how much you are planning to spend on a graphics card?

That PC is so old that you're going to need to replace basically everything (CPU, motherboard, RAM, GPU, probably power supply, and buy a new, bigger SSD) in order to get it up to spec for a modern game like Inzoi. It's not worth it. Take advantage of Amazon's 30 day return policy and return it.

This was 300 pounds, so you'll get that back, plus you said you wanted to upgrade the graphics card. So presumably the total you can spend is 300 plus whatever you were willing to spend on a GPU on top of the 300 you spent on this.

Realistically, in order to get a graphics card that meets the minimum requirements for Inzoi, you're looking at about 130 pounds for the graphics card alone (looking at ebay.co.uk and searching "Buy it now" listings - you might be able to get something cheaper with auction sniping). Inzoi is actually one of the most demanding games on the market.

If you can spend 500 pounds and you're willing to build it yourself (which is not that hard) you can get something that's actually pretty good and will run Inzoi. 400 pounds is possible if you get lucky with deals.

I'm having more fun than you 😠

Building a computer is really not that difficult.  I have helped 14 year old kids build their own system in just 1-2 hours.

The first PC is not really upgradeable due to the old components.  You can put in a RTX 3050 and this is quite simple indeed but getting a better processor would require a new motherboard and RAM and most likely a power supply upgrade as these cheap PC's usually come with quite explody power supplies that no one should ever use... Might as well just build your own system at this point.

There are tons of build guides on Youtube and LinusTechTips has quite a few good ones.

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/fGRsgn

This would be my suggestion for a system to build on your own.
Put a 3050 in here and you are golden!

Just invest some time and research and you will get a MUCH better system for the same money that the PC's you linked cost.

If tried to research mate I’ve used can I run it comparing graphics cards with games but like I’ve said I don’t know anything about PC’s it all goes over my head that’s why I’ve ended up getting the shitist as everyone keeps telling me. I know nothing about motherboards power supply’s I thought an intel i7 would be good enough for now then I could just upgrade the graphics card later on, didn’t know about power supply motherboard, ram.

i could build one but don’t know what ingredients I need except for I know the rtx 3050 will run what I want to looks an sounds like I’ve brought shit pc..

I give up now I’m not clever enough for this

I just wanted to play an have fun now I’m just confused an upset, at least I can play sims 4… but thank u mate for ur time and help wish I could understand I’m not thick just over my head

Please return that pile of garbage.
That CPU is TWELVE YEARS OLD
The GPU is manufactured eWaste and is out performed by integrated graphics from 6 years ago.
The mouse keyboard and headset are going to be utter trash

The SSD is too small and the PSU is gonna be a fire hazard.
And finally, a 22" monitor is way too small

Please, save some money and build your own

The best path forward for you right now is to figure out your budget, identify what games you want to play, at what resolution, then make a new post here (or on Reddit's PC MasterRace or PCPartpicker forums) along the lines of
"Hi, I'm an utter noob to PC hardware and want to build my first PC.
I am in Great Britain, my budget is [budget] pounds, I need an entire setup (I have a desk and chair), I need [1/2] monitors, I want to play [games] at [resolution and refresh rate].
Thanks in advance for the help,
Cheers!

No, you aren't stupid. You're inexperienced but not stupid. It's okay. Literally every single person on this forum (whether they admit it or not) was once where you are: Zero knowledge.
One of the unfortunate things about how well Intel had done at branding is that they taught people to pay more attention to the "i7" part of product name and ignore the numbers that follow. But those numbers are VERY important. Especially that first number or, in more recent years, two numbers. They are the generation number. the CPU in this one starts with "3" which means it's third generation. I believe Intel is currently on the 15th generation (and they've bungled their naming scheme HARD on this generation so *grr*, but also intel has terrible CPUs for the past few years anyway so cest la vie)
The numbers that come after it indicate where it sits in the generation. So an 8100 is the bottom end of the 8th generation where as an 8700 is a top end of the same generation. In fact, if you found a PC with an 8700 in it, and a power supply that can support it, you'd have a *blast* with Sims 4. It's still an OLD CPU, but a solid workhorse. I'd further recommend a minimum of 500GB SSD and at least 16GB of RAM.

All of this is knowledge you can gain, most of it from just *binging* tech content, though you could probably convince an AI chatbot to teach you most of it conversationally, though it will likely only be 80% accurate.
It would be pretty rad if someone just put together a playlist of various Youtube videos as a sort of Comprehend Computer Hardware Boot Camp.
If you're interested, you can probably find literally everything you need to know in general with a few dozen Techquickie videos

I understand completely.  There is so many different numbers and letters that it definitely get confusing from someone who is new to this stuff.

Even I get confused and I started building my own systems in 2003.

I don't believe for a second that you are stupid or 'thick' as you put it, you just dont know 🙂  There are many things I dont know.  But computers, I do know.

Building your own system is definitely recommended at your price range and the value you get out of it is SIGNIFICANTLY higher than the shitty pre-builts for 300 bucks... How can they sell those cheap systems and still make a profit?, They use absolute shit components from 10-15 years ago and cheap out on everything they can. They are a business remember, not your friend.

They pray on people with little to no knowledge ( like yourself ) and they basically scam you.

Have a look at this one. Its a lengthy video but explains very well what each components is and do.

This is a good first step.  As mentioned above, invest some time and you will get a banger PC setup soon.

Please, if you EVER have any questions about anything PC related or have worries!  Please tag me here as you did and write me.

I will explain as best as I can and help you out.

As you can see, we are quite a few people here on the Forum and we love to help you.

We definitely try our best.

I really can't get it much lower than this.   This is without a mouse and keyboard.

This is still a 12th gen CPU that released in 2022.  Its nothing special but it will game.  List includes an RTX 3050 as well as a reliable power supply with 5 year warranty.

It only has 500GB Storage but this can be upgraded later.

The CPU comes with a cooler so you don't have to worry about this.
