Support email not getting response?

Hello,

 

Anyone having issues with getting response from lttstore support? I contacted them on May-05, got the AI to answer, asked for a human, the human answered couple of times, last massage on May-07, but I replied to that message on May-07 and on May-10 and May-15 + tried to submit a new case via the online form and I'm simply not getting any response... the online form didn't even return another automated message.

Any other way of contacting them?

You got a human response I can't get that far and I've been waiting for almost 2 weeks

I’m in a similar situation. 
I had to wait around 5 days for the initial reply from a human but got told if I reply to the email it would be 1-2 business days. It’s now at least 3 days and still nothing!

No update on the tracking since 5 May. The order was created 26 days ago and still none the wiser when it’ll come if at all.

Will try to tag the main man himself @LinusTech

It really wont

Its just doing nothing but adding a notification in his inbox in this forum

Contact LTT support honestly

They are hot off the heels of a big sales event, the tarrifs are running wild, more ppl that ever need support and order stuff

LTT only has so many hands on deck so they cant get to anyone as fast as they would like

But overall, bombing support with requests doesn't do anything. They get collated into one ticket or go at the end of the queue.

Yeah okay thanks.

 Think it was just a bit of mixed messaging in my case, I was under the impression if I replied to the initial ticket they’d get back to me quicker. But now I know the circumstances - support overload etc, it makes some.
