CPU running hot

So, I have a Ryzen 5 5600 with stock cooling and when I play games the temp is around 85-90 degrees is it okay to run at these temperatures will it destroy mi CPU? Should I buy a better cooling?

Yeah. I've got the stock cooler too and it does not help. It can hit 95c if really pushed. Also doesn't help that I live in an arid, hotter climate. But yeah, even just a cheap tower cooler should get the job done.

Temps are ok. Nothing to worry too much about. Might be degradation but that's way into the future to worry about.

It is ok. It will not destroy your CPU, but it will degrade it faster and might impact the motherboard more. Also, warmer parts consume more energy.

You should improve your cooling; better paste, a better cooler, more case fans, a better case, room AC, ...

If you have been using the system for long, like 3+ years, might want to try repasting too.

 

We also don't know about the system's cooling setup in general. Like what pc case, how many intake, exhaust.
