Windowed Prodigy with GPU?

Im planning on doing a gaming build in a Bitfenix Prodigy, and although the black one with the grill side panel looks good, that blue model looks pretty damn sexy... 

The only issue is that im worried about suffocating the GPU (R9 270x) if i don't have a grill on the side panel as the blue model has a window. 

Would this be an issue? Or will the window be fine?

Blower-style coolers are good for small enclosures.You know,those GPUs which push out air through their back,into the outside world.

It sucks air into the card and exhausts it into the front and back. Mostly back
