Could you give us some more information?
Why exactly do you want a laptop with 16GB just so you can upgrade it later? It would be much better to just get a laptop with 32GB right off the bat. What country are you in? That way we can check on your local market for the best offer
What budget do you have?

Any preferences (screen size/resolution/refresh rate, battery, portability, performance)?

What kind of games would you want to play on it?
Most thinner gaming laptops have soldered RAM which can NOT be upgraded after the fact, so you'd have to go for the thicker ones that'll be heavier and less portable
