How do i delete all partitions ?

Click on the partition, at the bottom there's a host of options. There will be a red "X" icon that says delete partition, or just delete. Click it, click OK in the popup window warning you about nuking all the data on that partition. Do that for all partitions, then you can click the unallocated partition, click new at the bottom, then ok/continue.

Send a pic. Sounds like all you have to do now is just click "new" at the bottom to create a new partition. That or your SSD is just too small some how.

What now

Click delete, confirm when the prompt pops up, then click format, follow those prompts (you shouldn't have to change any values, just let Windows decide) then you should be able to click next.

Failing that, I'd completely redo your bootable installer. Use the Windows Media Creation tool.

Even if you click "new" to create a new partition?

One other thing you could try is following the steps in this video. It's old but should still apply today:

Read the comments as there's some good info down there too.
