Hi guys,

My dad and i built an unraid server with an HPE Proliant ML350p some time ago, and we have tried using the GPU Pass-through a couple of times. Every time we try it, it gives us this error when booting up the VM:

We have the IOMMU group selected, so that's not the problem.

Thanks in advance for the help.

Make sure your UnRAID is using a different GPU for boot (if you need the local UI)

In Settings go to Devices and make sure that the GPU is in its own IOMMU group. If not go to your BIOS and make sure VT-d is enabled; and if theres a seperate setting for IOMMU Mode make sure thats enabled.

In Devices select both the Video cards video & audio and bind them to VFIO at boot.

Then in your VM settings your address of your GPU may have changed so just make sure its assigned; and try starting it.

Also i typically set the Primary Video to Virtual; and VM Console to VNC.

Then I add the Graphics card as a secondary video adapter.
