Update: Got it working with a BIOS update

My new build won't power on and the motherboard LED code is 3F. This would indicate a RAM problem. I've tried running one stick at a time and swapping their slots but the error remains. The RGB on the sticks is lighting up though.

 

The RAM I have is model number SP064GXLWU60AFDL (not the "L" on the end. When looking at the motherboard's compatibility page, it doesn't list this model but it lists the E, G, F, and H models. As far as I'm aware, the only difference is that the L model has an EXPO profile and this is an AM5 build. Is it possible that this RAM really is incompatible?
