Pc wont boot

To the CPU cooler and the PC is turning on if it all the lights are coming on, but it’s not booting and I can’t see why everything is plugged into the right place and yeah

I just put a new cpu cooler on and it wont boot now. Lights come on but wont boot. Tried everything

Not much to go on, but you maybe something got knocked, try reseating (RAM, GPU)

did you plug in the cpu fan?

Could this be stopping it from booting?
