Will a CX750m work?

Basically I went crossfire 7870s ghz edition.

The molex adapters I use on my cx500m work but the pc is running out of power on max load and resets.

Will a cx750m be able to power and have enough pcie lanes for my gpus? My cpu is a 8320 running at 4.3 ghz on 1.45 volts.

I have 2 hard drives and a ssd. I also have 7 corsair fans and a DVD drive. Plus I have one nzxt sentry lxe fan controller

You mean a TX750M?

If so, I ran 2 R9 290's off of one with no issues, so you should have no issues.

The crowd had gathered there to watch him fall, to watch their hopes destroyed. They watched them beat him, they watched them break him, they watched his last defense deployed.

There was not a man among them who would let himself be heardFrom the crowd, from their collective fear, arose these broken words:

"We are the dead."

The cx750m is more than enough.

No. The cx750m. http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cx-series-cx750m-modular-atx-power-supply-750-watt-80-plus-bronze-certified-modular-psu

Yes it does, i use one in my rig and it has four in total 8 pin pcie connectors. Also it should more than enough quality and power for cf 7870s.

Sky Pollution | i5 3570k @4.8Ghz | MSi z77a g45 | MSi GTX 770 Gaming 2gb | Samsung 840 Evo 250gb, Samsung OEM 500gb HDD | Corsair CX750m | Corsair 760t White Edition |
Corsair M95 | SuperLux 668b's | Logitech C615 | ViewSonic VX2250wm | Random OEM keyboard until I rage break it and grab another random OEM keyboard from my pile.

So it has enough pcie lanes for my crossfire config?

Yes, it has enough pcie power connectors.

Not lanes--those are the slots on the motherboard that you stick the graphics cards in.

CX's are fine entry level PSU's but i wouldn't count on them in a CF configuration

The system uses ~400w at load. The cx750m is already overkill for powering just a 7870 cf.

Ah, didn't see that in my google search.

So it has enough pcie lanes for my crossfire config?

PCIE lanes are in your motherboard, you need PCIE 6 or 8pin plugs from a PSU.

I was refering to the reliability, i've seen so much people have problems with the CX PSu's that i became paranoiac with my cx600m

It's a popular psu so there will be many complaints. There are also many people who have no problems with their units who don't speak up.

Yeah but I have a new fan controller, overclocked 8 core cpu at 1.45v and 2 hard drives :P

The pc turns off if it gets stressed since adding the second card.

An oc and a few hard drives aren't going to use several hundred more watts.
