Undervolt glitch

Hi just wanted some advice about my Rx 7600 when I undervolted my card everything is working fine I went back into tuning this morning to make a tweak but I have noticed it reset it self.

 

So what I did I put everything back to the settings I had before I made the tweaks tested it again I turned the machine off opened AMD adrenalin went to my tuning section but sure enough it reset itself noticed my undervolt has gone weird.

 

There is weird glitch after it reset it self my minimum frequency doesn't say MHz next to it just a percentage sign that goes for maximum frequency too.

 

Also my maximum frequency MHz will only go to 104 percent instead of 3000 MHz and my voltage will only go to 100 percent instead of 1200mV

 

What has gone wrong?.
