Computer/Mouse Stuttering

My mouse is stuttering when I move it around. When I play games with a controller it is fine but as soon as I use my mouse it starts stuttering. I already tried Updating driver work, reinstalling windows, and messed around with my usb ports. Please help me I can't stand this. Thank you so much have a good day. <3

what kind of mouse are you using? and on what surface?

 

cheap mice and/or bad tracking surfaces commonly have these issues

I have a Razor Viper Ultimate, I tried plugging in a different mouse and same thing also I have had this mouse for a while with no issue.

Thats definitely odd. are you plugging directly into the back of the motherboard? what other USB devices do you have in use?

I have a TKL SteelSeries keyboard plugged in and my Xbox controller plugged in. After doing more testing I found (now) even using my Controller it is still stuttering.

And yes plugged straight into the motherboard usb slots

Yea so this is me on a different account cause I forgot my password. The issue was one of my dumb friends came over, moved my second monitor a lot which loosened the hdmi cable that was plugged into the monitor and somehow that made everything start tweaking out but as soon as I unplugged and plugged back in my hdmi cable to my second monitor my mouse stopped stuttering and everything went back to normal so now I just feel really stupid
