Swap the 7600 with a 7500f (I alread put in the price) through @Why_Mes link (btw you forgot ram as well)

 

You can also swap the GPU from a 4060 if you can find a priced one to a 7600xt or B580 and be under budget (in theory and very likely)

 

Case alternative so you have full black rather than white is the Phanteks xt with a fan 3 pack (26-27 euros from thermaltake) and you are golden
