Mag E360 RGB Jank

Recently I had my H100i Elite Cappelix die on me and had to replace my AIO.
I went with the MSI Mag E360 and its working great, aside from 1 issue. 
The RGB on the waterblock doesn't seem to work correctly, its in the correct 'JRainbow' socket on the motherboard, however it seems very DIM especially on the blues and colour wise it ONLY shows either Red or Green 90% of the time, with it only showing blue if there's no red or green in the RGB values with 0 in-between colour mixing etc.

Currently using 'Signal RGB' for my RGB control, I have no other software installed that changes or controls RGB.

Any help with trying to figure it out?
