GPU Dying?

Hey all, i just wanted to ask if this is a sign of my gpu dying as its been doing this for a few days now, if it isnt, is there anything i can do to fix it or would i just be best to get a replacement
(Ignore the dust, havnt cleaned it in ages lol)

I think you should clean your GPU and see if that solves the problem. Usually you only see that much dust on a dying GPU, since people never clean it, everything gets clogged then it overheats for too long and slowly dies.

the fan probably has debris in it. it spins a bit then stops at the same stop every time, so something is probably preventing it from spinning
