sluggish lagging system

Hi all,

 

Am having lots of issues with my system.

 

When am gaming I have no issues, but when am using it normally it acts like it's from 2012.

 

Am having issues with the entire windows operating system, settings is loading slow and sometimes fails to load at all, growing more then one tab and the system absolutely shits it self and taking a long ass time just to load a youtube video. While trying to look for.other things in another tab ie 4 tabs.

 

Files, windows store and the task bar just act strange and take a while to register my clicks (3 minutes sometimes)

 

I've so far done the following l,

 

Memtest for the ram (this passed)

 

Sfc /scannow,

DISM,

And, check disk

 

These all passed and didn't come back with any issues.

 

The temps in gaming are max 83°c with no thermal throttling,

 

My system is a lenovo laptop with a:

 

Ryzen 7 7840HS

16 gb of DDR5 5600mhz

2 TB NVME SSD by samsung OEM version

With a RTX 4060 8gb gddr6

Psu is a 230watt

 

Current overclocks are

GPU clock offset 150 mhz

VRAM Clock offset 200 mhz

 

I have been using windows 11 24h2 and I'll attempt and fresh install with my system Files still there to see if this fixes the issues.

 

I do noticed when I have 4 tabs open my ram is at 71 to 69% usage which doesn't really add up Firefox is using 1,642.8mb of ram and signal RGB is using 622.4 my of ram

 

Really don't know what's cause my system to act like this any ideas I'll.also.see.if the new install fixes these issues am also thinking of upgrading my ram to 32 gb ripjaws at cas 40-40-40 5600mhz
