I have already backed everything up that I care about.

Sounds like you've answered yourself, i would absolutely do it. Even if you didnt backup id tell you to reinstall, because chipset driver conflicts can cause system instability, and the most surefire way to make sure you got the right driver off the bat from Windows Update is to reinstall Windows itself.

And also a good time to excuse yourself to get the latest update straight from the media creation tool.

Is there a specific way I should reinstall?

Format the drive, and then install windows.

I personally straight up just use the one built into the windows installer, but most would recommend using either Macrium Reflect or Paragon Disk Manager.

I'm not changing the drive so couldn't I just do troubleshoot to install with personal files?

So couldnt I just do reset pc and cloud install?

I wouldn't. That really doesnt do anything in catching new drivers that are compatible, it just resets the setting and relevant windows folder.

So then I go here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows11 download the media one and follow the instructions and factory reset pc then use the USB flash drive to reinstall windows right? I have never done this before and I really dont want to mess this up.

Just stop referring to the reset button nor touch the factory reset button on your windows system, theyre literally useless for where we are going. When i say format i mean physically format, delete all data from the OS drive all the way to blank. As i said before, Windows installer can do this for you but using secondary PC to do it with the app i referenced is preferable. But I definitely wouldnt buy an m.2 adapter or take apart a laptop just to do that.
