Hi guys, I don't know why, but sometimes my PC freezes or gets a blue screen while gaming. After it reboots by itself, there's a high chance it will stay on a black screen or go straight to the BIOS, showing a "Boot Failure Detected" message. But it'll work again after I reset the CMOS battery. Sometimes, it'll work out on the first try, or I have to do it several times.

I'm unsure if it's related, but my Intel XTU's Speed Optimizer is always on, and my BIOS is set to "Max Performance." Additionally, I overclock my GPU while gaming by using MSI Afterburner, but I only set it to half of the limit.
This computer is the first computer that I built two years ago. It worked just fine at first, but it got weird this while. This problem only appeared when I was gaming or rendering, really appreciate that if you guys could help me up.

here is my spec

Besides that, somehow my RAM label said "F4-3200C16-32GTZN" but inside HWiNFO it shows "F4-3200C16-16GTZN" no clue what is going on at all
