If your temperature doesn't go over 60c then its still completely fine to use.

This means the thermal paste is still working as it should 🙂

so actualy i stress tested my cpu and it goes to 70-72 do i still keep this paste?

Thats very good temperatures during a stress test.

You can keep the paste for now, absolutely no need to change yet.

It's fine. Lots of thermal pastes will work a lot longer than 5 or 6 years. Until you actually have a thermal issue, I wouldn't worry about it
