5 year old thermal paste

I have aftermarket cooler and thermal paste that is 5 or 6 years in this pc and my temps on cpu dont go over 60 do i change the paste or not my cpu is 9600kf

If your temperature doesn't go over 60c then its still completely fine to use.

This means the thermal paste is still working as it should

so actualy i stress tested my cpu and it goes to 70-72 do i still keep this paste?

Thats very good temperatures during a stress test.

You can keep the paste for now, absolutely no need to change yet.

It's fine. Lots of thermal pastes will work a lot longer than 5 or 6 years. Until you actually have a thermal issue, I wouldn't worry about it
