Heya,

I've been running into some issues regarding clock speeds with my new GPU, long story short i bought a 5070 TI, i've been looking online and when u look at the specs on techup (https://www.techpowerup.com/gpu-specs/msi-rtx-5070-ti-ventus-3x-oc.b12202 ) it says the gpu should be reaching  clock speeds between 2295 and 2482 mhz, and pulling in up to 300W of power. But in my case without overclocking it, mine sits at around 1350 to 1400, and pulling between 130 to 180W, could this be an issue with power drain and maybe a different power supply would help?

Would greatly appreciate any insight on the matter as even tho i've been building my own pc for a while i've never really ran into this type of issues, i can provide 3dmark tests and any other type of info if needed but yea.

Specs:https://pcpartpicker.com/list/m8h9yW
And the  PSU is a Nox Urano 850W 80+Bronze

The screenshot below msi while running Monster Hunter Wilds.

Could be a PSU issue since the NOX Urano is a very very poor PSU.

Even if its not the issue, please replace it this PSU immediately.  I would not trust a brand new 5070Ti on such a poor PSU.

Thats is a MUCH better PSU 🙂  Its a very solid unit and the MPG lineup from MSI has 10 year warranty.

That being said.  The A1000G failed LTT's PSU testing a few weeks back.

Do you still have your old GPU?

I just read up on the AGS and it seems to be improved upon the AG lineup so I think the AG850GS is a solid unit 🙂

I would personally swap back to the 3060 12GB and use this GPU until you get the new PSU.  I would not trust the 5070 Ti with that NOX power supply.

I might be overly cautious but I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Ok, new PSU is setup and it does seem to have fixed it!

Thanks for the advice!
