I just built a new pc

Rx 5700 xt

H610m-a d4 csm

I3 12100f

8gb ddr4 ram 2666mhz

1tb nvme western black

Stock Intel lga 1700 CPU cooler

1 120mm morovol exhaust fan

1 120mm generic intake fan

I'm playing apex at the lowest settings and fps wise it's fine but cpu utilization is at 100% then it will crash every time and that's launched on direct 11 on steam same with cs2 I can play it for a little bit then it would crash same as well on For honor I checked cpu utilization when playing apex and it was taking 100%

You need another 8GB.

If budget is why youre not already on 16GB, manually expand your Pagefile. Allocate double the recommended.

A swap file isn't a RAM replacement in no shape or form.

Nope, not at all. But itll stop the crashing at the very least on multitasking heavy task.

Not for games, though. If anything, it'll double the latency in the very least.

I mean id take that than for it to incessantly crash because i got Discord on the background. Of course the permanent route would be either switch to Linux, one of the light Windows 11 rulebook and aware of how insecure it is, or upgrade to 16GB.
