are my gpu memory temperature normal?

Go to solution Solved by RONOTHAN##,

It depends on the exact card for how normal it is as different cards are quite different at memory cooling, but for a lot of 3080s this is a pretty common memory temp. The best cards keep it in the mid-upper 90s, the worst keep it at ~110C, so being in the low 100s is fairly normal. As long as it stays below 115C I'd be OK with it.

Hi! I changed the thermal pads and the thermal paste on my GPU a week ago. The temperatures seem good, but I'm still not sure if they are actually good. I used FurMark to stress test my GPU. The memory temperature reached 102°C, but as soon as I stopped the test, it dropped to 60°C. I searched for the exact size of the termal pads of my gpu and changed all of them. The ones that came with my gpu were brittle and dry to the touch. Can someone tell me if my temps are good?
