Definitely check on that. Do not assume.

Use BlueScreenView to interrogate those BSODs. Is there a common failure mode?

Any chance there is a warranty on that assembly? If so, I'd just take it back and have them investigate.

I am having issues with my new PC build(I got it in january, somewhat close to MLK day) whenever I turn on PBO enhancement mode in BIOS. I have had this issue since day one. I put it down to having a defective CPU right out of the box. I get a blue screen whenever I use PBO enhancement mode. I have not updated BIOS, but I assume that the person who put my PC together (I got it put together at Microcenter) did that for me. This is my part list:

Please give me possible fixes.

There is in fact a warranty that I believe is still in effect. Thank you for your help.

Totally fair! Just want to point out that a second stick will help the system feel snappy, and if you do elect to upgrade, I'd strongly rec a 2x16 6000 CL30 kit.
