So,

I am planning on upgrading my gpu to a 9070 xt this summer. This is what PC part picker has for estimated wattage. Should my RM750e be fine for the 9070 xt or should I upgrade my PSU?

The RM750e will be plenty enough for this setup 🙂  Nothing to worry about at all.

Here's the full graph the guy above took a half-screenshot of. I think you'll be happy with the performance of the 9070 XT in any game you play, except for those where Ultra Settings 1440p brings even a 5080 to its knees. The 9070 XT should be just fine in your setup.

Lol I don't really care about ray tracing and I have a 4060 rn (Ik oof). Only thing I'm a bit worried about is stuff with blender and davinci but idk how much RDNA4 will have improved with that stuff

Ray tracing is a beautiful luxury that most people cant even enjoy because it tanks fps until you get a good gpu.

See I can't afford a 1k GPU, so I am content to go without it.

The 5070 ti is 1K USD in real-world pricing.

The 9070 XT is clearly the best option in its price bracket when looking at new GPUs, and that will likely hold true even after scalping and tariffs, since those should increase the price for all GPUs fairly proportionally.

If we all had unlimited money we would just buy 5090s, but in reality people have hard budget limits and can't always just jump up $150 or $200 to the next tier of GPU.

Or turn down the RT settings.

OP never stated that they require pedal to the metal RT or what resolution they play at.

Nor does one require that much raytracing to enjoy CP2077. I should know, I have a 4070 super and had a blast with it.

mITX is awesome! I regret nothing (apart from when picking parts or have to do maintainance *cough*cough*)

I'd like to think even if I had unlimited money I wouldn't pay scalpers, which is the only way to get a 5090.
That and the absolute mess of melting cables, missing ROPs and driver issues.
