5080 Issues

So I just got this 5080, and I have been getting issues when playing games, basically after a little bit of playing something the gpu or the pc just crashes and wont boot, it will just get stuck when booting, I have tried everything, between changing the pcie speed from GEN 5 to GEN 4, 3, 2 and 1, changed PSUs, changed motherboards, CPUs, and ram sticks, reseting windows, and no luck at all, is anyone else having this type of issue or is it just me? I can't play anything for more than 5 minutes unless I change my hz to a lower one AND put the gpu on lower frequencies.

 

The PC Specs are:

ASUS ROG Strix X870-A 

Ryzen 7 7800x3d

CORSAIR DDR5 6800mhz RAM

Msi m.2 2tb 

Lian-Li Edge 1300W

I am running on the latest NVIDIA driver

I have iGPU disabled and enabled on the motherboard

Cables are tight, not loose

I don't have any more devices plugged in into the USB ports, excluding keyboard and mouse
