OBS Delay for game audio?

Hello! Yesterday I was streaming and this is a little hard to explain but i'm going to try so bear with me haha:

 

I use a 1650 for obs encoding out of fear that my 2080 that is playing the actual games will tap out/die/i don't really know but something catastrophic

 

Yesterday while I was streaming when I went back to watch the vod I noticed that my usb camera and my usb mic were synced but the game video-I would do something and then the game audio would happen later (maybe 1-3 seconds after)

 

I do 6k bitrate and as mentioned have a 1650 for encoding and a 2080 for playing actual games. Do you think the 1650 is causing the delay?
