Computer crash, cpu 100%

So, it appears the PC is fine I got the new Motherboard, and the new CPU. But there is ONE MAJOR PROBLEM: I lost ALL my data. ALL my games, my files, my programs, EVERYTHING. It looks like the PC is brand new. The Hard drive is the same (1TB Western Digital Green). I usually was divided into two separate: (D: and E:), now I don't have 1TB and I only have a FULL D:.... WTF happened to all my stuff and how do I get it back???
