fps issue

i got high end pc but like my fps is so low i play normaly 500 but like when i move it goes to 250 and when i fight 150 or low idk why

What's your pc specs and what game at what resolution/refresh rate are you running at? Are you running any other workloads on the pc while gaming? eg. recording, streaming

i got rtx 4070 ti super and i7-14700kf and 32g ddr5 1920x1080 res and i got 240 hz monitor yes like instant replay
