HELP !!!

I build pcs and have ran into a problem with the same pc over the last year over and over , it has a 7800gpu in it and is running 3 monitors and every now and again it just loses 2 monitors and shuts off and restarts with one monitor,  if I uninstall Radeon drivers and reinstall it's fine , could be a month or two or the next day it happens , what is going on
