Trouble booting without GPU

Hi,

I have a home server with a ASUS Z370-P and an i5 8600k. What I'm trying to do is to boot it without a GPU, I know the cpu has an IGPU and the motherboard has a HDMI output. When I boot the pc with a gpu it works perfectly, but when I remove it and boot I don't see the bios splash screen, but after a while I see my os booting (Ubuntu server 24.04.2 LTS), and another problem is that the motherboard ethernet port does not work I don't have any network access and the lights are off.

I have tried changing a lot of settings in the bios, and I need help, please.
