pc is losing it

I decided one day to try overclocking, i have an r5 4600g, i overclocked it to 4.1 ghz, didn't play much with the volts, Fortunately it worked for a few days, then suddenly my pc started randomly restarting under load, i thought maybe its because i overclocked it, I restarted bios to default, But it worsened, The clockspeed just keeps increasing though it says its 3.7ghz base speed , My pc is restarting by itself, also the temps are normal under load not going over 55C, And some apps/games just dont work for some reason, I'm fairly new to tech in general, I only have been in this stuff for a year, i need help im losing my mind

Edit: the clockspeed is probably boosting but still my pc is restarting for no reason

nope but will try, i also noticed the vga debug light turns red before it restarts, then white again then the boot light flashes white for a second.
