Usb malfuction

Hi Guys,

 

I have been running in to an issue with my PC lately and I can't figure out where it originates from.

 

My PC gives the noise at random moments like a USB device gets disconnected and when your not gaming or watching something in fullscreen you also see a popup in the right hand lower corner. My PC also does this when there is not a single USB device plugged in to it. 

 

I've checked device manager to see if I could find any drivers that gave errors seeing as that's what google told me to do but everything seems fine there.

 

Im running windows 11 pro

 

Does anyone have any suggestions on what it could be?
