What's the backstory to this, what happened after the last time it was working? Was there a powercut or anything?

Console.WriteLine("Hello World!");

If you have any microsoldering / tech shops nearby, they may well be able to repair that

Since they are near the BIOS selection switch, these are probably memory chips where the BIOS are saved.

One thing that may work is switching the BIOS switch the other way in hopes that one of the BIOS chip is still operational.

Apart from that, a repair shop may be able to fix this for a reasonable price. Ask for an estimate.

Good luck !
