Ijust built my new PC and i have an asus tuf b650 and it wont give me display the VGA light is on and solid green

BOOT light The GPU gets power i reseated 3 times and still nothing i swapped MOBO still does it and tried different

GPU and same lights come on all fans spin on GPU and before i installed the components i updated bios with Q-flash

Specs

ASUS TUF GAMING B650 PLUS WIFI

7800x3D

32GB 6000MT/s

XFX 7900XT

850PSU

 

UPDATE: i reseted BIOS and updated the BIOS that started to Support the 7800X3D i have another 7800X3D coming in friday the one i have now i got it at walmart im assuming is the CPU because even when i remove the GPU i still get the VGA light
