Amber cpu light

-Gigabyte z790 aorus elite ax

-i9-13900k

-2x16gb ddr5 6400mhz corsair vengeance

-geforce 4070

-msi a850gl pcie5 

 

computer boots but doesnt post and has an amber cpu light but my cpu works in my other system

 

ive tried reseating and using 1 ram stick, im also new to pc building so the wiring could be wrong i just dont know what to try at this point

Make sure everything is seated and plugged in fully and make sure the cooler isn't too tight or tightened unevenly.

I do have only 3 working mounts for the aio rn cause I cross threaded one on accident, but I took another out to try and make it even with 2 and it didn’t work. Also ordered a new mount on Amazon so hopefully that helps
